Lots of advice from Rick that really paid off, and I got an offer for full asking price in just three days. Negotiations with the seller went very smoothly, and Rick was very communicative throughout the process. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and took as much time with me as I wanted. The buyer's lender really began to drop the ball, though, and the closing was in jeopardy because of it. Rick was definitely in my corner! Rick coordinated our Condo search selection for our move from Connecticut to Chelsea. He handled our requirements via email so when we arrived in Chelsea we hit the ground running. 4 hours later we submitted a bid and he negotiated a final price and timeline that met all our requirements. He helped with the Title Insurance and finalized all all paperwork and coordinated closing since we were out of state. He also coordinated a rental management company for use.Not only did we get a great Condo in Pierce Lake Village but gained a friend in the process.
